Who we are as individuals and as a team comes from our genuine day-to-day walk with God. If we live behind a mask, we miss the life of blessing and influence God has for us.
We believe in living as Christ would have us live, with the Scripture as our source for how we should live and behave. Living lives of healthy morals, being honest and open in all our dealings with each other.
We seek to release our God given creativity in every area of personal and corporate life. Our desire is to create and maintain an environment of encouragement and enthusiasm, where giftedness and creativity is nurtured to become mature ministry.
True excellence comes as a result of character. Excellence flows out of a desire to glorify God. To do the best with what he has given us.
Some people make the mistake of believing that excellence flows out of skill. The truth is that breeds perfectionism and unhealthy competition. Excellence flowing from character is tempered by grace, and has at it’s heart a desire to see each of us built up and encouraged to reach our potential in Christ. Grace keeps us honest, and helps us to remain humble. It helps us to operate as a team in providing a vehicle for the whole church to worship God together.
